MP Board Exam 2024: Naiduniya Representative, Ujjain. There is good news for the teachers who are going to check the answer sheets (copies) of MP Board exam. The Board of Secondary Education has increased the remuneration for checking board copies by Rs 3 per copy. It has been decided that from this year onwards, the teacher who checks class 10th copy will be given an honorarium of Rs 15 per copy and the teacher who checks class 12th copy will be given an honorarium of Rs 16 per copy.

For the last six years, the evaluation fee for class 10th was Rs 12 and for class 12th it was Rs 13 per copy. Mashiman believes that increasing the remuneration will increase teachers’ inclination towards evaluation. Generally, teachers are seen avoiding evaluation.

It is noteworthy that every year Madhya Pradesh In India, the duty of 30 thousand teachers is used for evaluation work. This means that many teachers will now get increased wages. Mashiman says that this time also the evaluators will have to fill an affidavit. Affidavit that no mistake has been made in the assessment. Despite this, if any mistake is found, they themselves will be responsible for paying the fine as well as disciplinary action in the case.

Naiduniya compared the increased honorarium with the successive rates of previous years. Paya Mashiman saved more than Rs 1 crore by increasing one rupee less this year. It is such that before 2018, the board was increasing the evaluation fee of answer sheets by two rupees every three years. In 2018 also the fee was increased by Rs 2. This time the increase was made after six years. According to this, the honorarium was to be increased by four rupees but it was increased by only three rupees.

Fine of Rs 100 for giving one wrong mark

If the evaluator teacher makes an error in checking the copy, gives one mark more or less, then the teacher will be fined Rs 100 per mark. Let us tell you that this year 10 lakh students of class 10th and 7.5 lakh students of class 12th are appearing in the MP Board examination. This time there is no provision to give supplementary copy i.e. additional answer sheet in the examination. On an average, a student appears for six subjects. Accordingly, approximately one crore five lakh answer sheets will be checked.

Evaluation will be done from 20th, work of putting bar code on copies will start

Evaluation of board exam copies will start from 20th February. As a preparation, the work of putting bar codes on the copies of the examinations conducted so far has started in the examination coordination institutions of two districts of each division.

ujjain In the division, this work is being done in Dussehra Maidan Girls Higher Secondary School of Ujjain and Excellent School of Ratlam. It is said that by applying bar code the evaluators will not be able to know which student’s book they are checking. After the bar code is installed, the copies will be sent to different districts for evaluation as per the instructions of Mashiman.
