To become a CA after 12th, one has to pass three exams. After 12th, the candidate first has to appear for CA Foundation exam. If you have done graduation in any subject other than Fine Arts, then you do not have to give CA Foundation exam.

CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
Cost Accountancy is a course similar to CA. Even after 12th, students can do ICWA course. For this, 12th pass students have to first do foundation course. Chartered Accountancy exam in India is conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the candidates.
