The situation is such that in many districts of Madhya Pradesh the mercury has reached 40 degrees Celsius and in some districts it is close to it. People have started getting distressed due to the scorching heat. Their concern is more about the 100 days of the next summer, because the heat of the month of March is making them feel that the temperature will jump higher in April, May and June.

Bhopal: Mercury rising above 40 degrees Celsius

According to meteorologists, the temperature may exceed 48 degrees Celsius in the coming April and May.

Three years ago in the year 2021, the maximum temperature in Indore reached 40.2 degrees Celsius.
