A case has come to light in Thane district of Maharashtra, which everyone is surprised to hear. Here a newly married woman has made a sensational allegation against her wife. She says that her husband has a venereal disease. He is undergoing treatment for his impotence even before marriage. By hiding this he has ruined her life. She became suspicious of her husband on the wedding night itself. After this she was continuously asking him about his physical weakness. But he was postponing it. On the basis of the woman’s complaint, Thane police has registered a case against the accused husband.
According to the information, a 32-year-old woman from Nashik got married to a 40-year-old man from Thane on June 8. After marriage, when she reached her in-laws, her husband could not have physical relations with her on the wedding night. He felt that he might not have been able to do this due to the tiredness of the wedding ceremony. But even the next day her husband could not have sex with her. After this he started staying away from her. The woman became suspicious of her husband. But she was not able to express her pain to anyone. One day she found some medical documents of her husband, after seeing which she was stunned.
The woman alleges that her husband’s medical documents revealed that he was impotent. He has been treating his secret disease since before marriage. But at the time of fixing the marriage, he did not tell anything about it to his wife. Based on the woman’s complaint, the police have registered a case against her husband under sections 420 (cheating) and 498A (cruelty to a woman by her husband or relative) of the Indian Penal Code. The woman has said in her complaint that upon questioning, her husband has confessed to hiding his medical condition before marriage.

Husband did such cruelty, wife was in bad condition

On January 16, a married woman resident of Sirol area of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh reached the police station. Everyone present there was stunned to hear his ordeal that he narrated to the police. The woman told that she got married about 8 months ago. After this she reached her in-laws’ house. On the wedding night, her husband came to her drunk. Started forcing himself on her. Not only this, he forcibly had unnatural sex with her. Kept harassing her. The victim kept crying the whole night, but the husband did not care. After extinguishing the fire of his lust he fell asleep.
The brutality at an early age broke a woman
The woman told that after regaining consciousness the next day, she explained to her husband that he was doing wrong things with her. At that time her husband accepted his mistake. He said that he would not do this in future. Won’t even drink alcohol. The victim became happy. He felt that this would not happen to him now. But the next night her husband again entered the room after drinking alcohol. She was stunned to see him. At the age of just 20, the brutality happening to him broke him. But she did not give up. Even after explaining several times, her husband did not agree.
The woman went to her maternal home. After this the drug addict husband reached there also. Along with his wife, he also started misbehaving with her family members. Troubled by this, she reached the police station. She lodged her complaint against her husband. On the basis of his complaint, the police registered a case under sections 498 and 377 of the IPC. It is being told that the victim’s family had given a good amount of dowry at the time of marriage. Gave him a bike along with Rs 5 lakh in cash. When the woman, fed up with her husband’s harassment, went to her maternal home, her in-laws also started demanding dowry.
