After this, Ranchi DC Rahul Sinha said that after the development that has taken place in Delhi, magistrates and forces have been deployed at about 30 places in the capital which can be called major locations. Here, the gathering of ruling MLAs and ministers continued till late evening at the CM residence. A brainstorming session is going on inside the CM residence in Ranchi as to how, if any crisis situation arises, it will be dealt with. If the CM is arrested and his influence falls on the government, then who will take over the reins? All these situations are being monitored.

JMM attacks BJP
Meanwhile, JMM has fiercely attacked BJP and ED. JMM general secretary Supriyo Bhattacharya said, ‘A fountain is being created. CM has gone to Delhi for personal work and will also return. We are ready to answer on January 31. Ready for questioning at one o’clock. Our CM will return soon. The case that is being mentioned is land that is in the government records and cannot be bought or sold, so what is the point of enquiry? Your action seems to be an action to suppress the government. Media should make their predictions after 1 pm on 31st. We are in touch with the CM.

BJP hit back
When BJP got the opportunity, everyone from State President Babulal Marandi to Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash fiercely attacked the CM for being traceless. Babulal Marandi made a strong attack and said that the Chief Minister has broken the protocol and absconded like a thief-dacoit. The people of the state have been left at the mercy of God. BJP State President Babulal Marandi said that due to fear of ED, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has absconded from the Chief Minister’s residence in Delhi and gone underground for the last eighteen hours.

Said that ‘According to media sources, late night Hemant ji, wearing slippers and covering his face with a sheet, ran away from the residence on foot like a thief. Ajay Singh, the security personnel of Special Branch who went with him to Delhi, is also missing. The mobile phones of both of them were also switched off and since then ED and Delhi Police are searching for them. There cannot be any other example of such gross negligence with the security of the Chief Minister. Said that what could be more worrying and shameful than this that the Chief Minister of a state holding a constitutional post breaks the protocol and runs away like a thief-dacoit and leaves the state to God.

Said who will be the leader of the state in case of Chief Minister absconding? This constitutional question is important. Said that CP Radhakrishnan ji should take cognizance of this and take appropriate steps to maintain the rule of law in the state. Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash also attacked the present government and its head and said that the CM of the state should respect the constitutional institution. Is the Chief Minister of Jharkhand afraid of his arrest?

What did Deepak Prakash say?
Former Jharkhand State President cum Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash, while reacting to the news of Hemant Soren being missing from Delhi, said that if a person holding a constitutional post like the Chief Minister of the state does not respect the summons issued by a constitutional institution, And if someone secretly takes advantage of the darkness and disappears, what could be a greater misfortune than this?

Prakash said that ‘when the Chief Minister has answered all the questions asked by the ED, then why is he running away from the tenth summons. Accusing JMM, Prakash said that on one hand this party says that we are people who follow the Constitution, while on the other hand a constitutional body is taking its workers out on the streets to intimidate and threaten the ED.
While advising Hemant Soren, Prakash said that the Chief Minister of the state should respect the summons issued by ED without any delay and appear before him. Meanwhile, discussion and speculation remained intense that the CM had left by road.
