In the complaint application, the relatives have mentioned that Ajaypal Jat was murdered in a conspiracy by Pawan Yadav, resident of Odera. According to the relatives, Ajaypal Jatav was continuously receiving death threats on mobile for few months and was being blackmailed through social media. Regarding this, accused Pawan Yadav was given several times advice by the father of the deceased, former Sarpanch Brijmohan Jat, despite this, Pawan was repeatedly threatening that the day he would come in front of my car, he would kill me. The relatives have demanded through the application that before reaching any decision, the police should investigate the last 3 months through the call details of mobile numbers 9340025068 and 9752498377. Apart from this, where did the deceased’s mobile phone and documents go missing from the incident site? Relatives say that neither mobile nor documents were found from the incident site. Apart from this, the relatives of the deceased allege that the suspected accused was continuously blackmailing and mentally harassing the deceased through Facebook posts. Not only this, the wife and father of the deceased were threatened by the accused two months ago that he would kill her husband soon. The relatives of the deceased have also demanded to investigate the 24-hour call details and location of the suspect’s mobile. Apart from this, the relatives of the deceased have also demanded investigation of CCTV cameras.
