India stands with the Philippines. In such a situation, China is in trouble. We have asked questions to DS Tripathi on this also. Brigadier Tripathi explained all the topics in detail.
Question- Current situation of war between Russia and Ukraine, who is responsible for the attack on Russia? How did the name ISIS come about? Why the controversy over America’s stance?
answer- Regarding the Russia-Ukraine war, Brigadier Tripathi said that bringing peace should be the main objective. The solution will come only through peace. Efforts have also been made from India’s side. But the way the attack took place in Russia, the matter seems to have worsened. He said that the attack that took place in Russia on 22nd in which around 140 people were killed is a very big attack. Somewhere in this, Russia’s intelligence failure is visible. At the same time, Russia’s reply has also come late. However, Russia has blamed Ukraine for the entire matter. But America defended itself and said that ISIS is responsible for this. In such a situation, the question is, how did America come to know? America had already warned its citizens in Russia. This also raises the question whether America already knew this? He said that such action against civilians is not acceptable. This blast was completely planned. The terrorists will definitely have someone’s support from behind. Russia is investigating it from its side. Tripathi said that this is the biggest attack in Russia since 2014. In such a situation, Russia will definitely take revenge for this attack. Russia has also started taking action from its side. The fierce attack on Ukraine continues. Ukraine is already in a bad situation. Brigadier Tripathi also said that after the attack, there was a fear among the Russian people which had ended in the meantime.
Question- In what situation is the war between Hamas and Israel, why is the ceasefire not being discussed?
answer- Brigadier Tripathi said that peace talks were ongoing. There was a time when it seemed that a solution was being found through talks. But the matter did not progress. There can be many reasons for this. Israel is adamant on its victory. He is continuously taking action. Israel’s action continues in Rafa also. Attacks are also going on in Gaza. Hamas does not appear weak from anywhere. Attack is being done from his side also. Hezbollah is also in action. In such a situation, there seems to be very little scope for peace. He said that this is an important war for Hamas. At the same time, Brigadier Tripathi said that differences between America and Israel have started coming to the fore. Many people in America believe that attacks by Israel should be stopped. America is also trying this. However, Israel is not ready to do this. With the support of America, a resolution came to the UN in which it was said that there should be a ceasefire in Ramadan. Israel felt that America was supporting Hamas somewhere. Therefore this difference has increased. He said that Israel does not want to stop without achieving its goal. He also knows that we have progressed a lot. If Israel stays here, it may again help Hamas to expand. But the question still remains, if Israel does not stop then Hamas will also not stop and in such a situation the war will continue.
Question- Is Pakistan getting trapped in its own trap, first the attack on the naval air station, then the death of five Chinese citizens in a suicide bomb attack. What is the situation of Pakistan?
answer- Regarding Pakistan, Brigadier DS Tripathi said that this is not new for him. Whatever Pakistan has sown, it has to reap. Terrorism is cultivated in Pakistan. There are 50 to 55 such terrorist organizations which the whole world knows about. If such attacks happen in Pakistan, then terrorist organizations within it will be responsible for it. He said that he is very upset with the manner in which Chinese citizens were attacked. China is also warning Pakistan. Although China has always supported Pakistan. In such a situation, his support seems to be weighing heavily on him. He said that China has taken steps from time to time to protect all the terrorists in Pakistan. In such a situation, it should not be surprising if China is suffering losses now. He said that if China sends its army to Pakistan after this action, then there will be a matter of concern for Pakistan. China may try to increase its expansionist policy. Along with Pakistan, it will also be concerned about Afghanistan and India.
Question- There have been some recent skirmishes between the coast guard of China and the Philippines in the South China Sea. India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, who was currently in Manila, has supported the Philippines and offered cooperation in building peace. How do you see this?
answer- On this question, Brigadier DS Tripathi said that the South China Sea has always been in dispute. Because of China, the dispute there has increased even more. There was also a clash between China and Philippines on March 23. There is a Thomas Sol, which is claimed by both China and the Philippines. In such a situation, the ships of both came face to face, after which this clash took place. However, the Philippines is accusing China of harming its sovereignty. He said that NATO and America also stand with the Philippines. Brigadier Tripathi said that India always wants to walk on the path of peace. This is why S Jaishankar said that the UN law regarding the sea should be followed. Philippines has India’s support in this matter. Taking lessons from China, India is also strengthening the deployment of its new troops in the Red Sea, Indian Ocean and Indo Pacific region. But China is feeling chilly. This is being called pressure politics by China. China is saying that it has a dispute with the Philippines. Both of them will resolve this dispute. There is no need for any third party to come. India is trying to increase pressure by making such statements which may increase tension on the border. However, Tripathi said that now it seems that China has started taking India’s statements seriously. This also shows the growing strength of India.
