A team of revenue officers may reach the warehouses of many big defaulters to lock and seal them. However, after the action taken on the first day, warehouse owners have started depositing their outstanding revenue payments. According to the information, after the outstanding revenue is deposited, the seal put by the staff in the concerned warehouse will be opened in the presence of Naib Tehsildar.

Did not respond to notice

According to the information, notices were previously issued to warehouse owners to deposit the outstanding revenue amount. Despite this, Seoni SDM had given orders to the officials to seal the concerned warehouse for not depositing the outstanding revenue and not responding to the notices. Under these instructions, on Wednesday and Thursday, Naib Tehsildar Lalit Gwalvanshi, Digvijay Paraste, Himanshu Kaushal, Revenue Inspector Ratanshah Uike, Anil Mishra, Dhirendra Gumasta, Halka Patwari Vinod Inwati, Subodh Dubey, Reena Soni, Aditya Rahangdale, Goods Jamadar Ghanshyam Yadav, etc. The staff reached Bandol to seal the warehouses located in Gorakhpur, Mohgaon and Nandaura-Baghraj.

Action taken on these warehouses

According to revenue officials, the owner of Arihant Warehouse (Khasra No. 81/1) located at Baghraj village on NH 44 National Highway from District Headquarters to Nagpur Road has not deposited the amount of ground rent for 13 years. This warehouse is said to belong to Pawan son of Shreyansh Diwakar, on which revenue of Rs 1.39 lakh is outstanding. After reaching Baghraj village on Wednesday, the Revenue Department staff sealed the warehouse.

The owners paid the dues

There itself mohgaon Another Bhadauria warehouse located there has also been sealed. Similarly, nine warehouses located in Gorakhpurkala village of Bandol have been sealed. Of these, four warehouses are said to be of Pawan Mehndiratta, two warehouses are of Muralidhar Sharma and three warehouses are of Meena Chandel. After the action of the Revenue Department, warehouse owners have started the process of payment of the outstanding amount on Thursday.
