The announcement to overthrow the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government at the Center led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be announced today, i.e. on Friday. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had sent an invitation to Patna to anti-BJP parties from across the country. There was a deadlock over the National Party Congress, it came. Mamta Banerjee of Trinamool Congress and MK Stalin of DMK also came. But, the parties are not gathering as per the claim. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar sent the call, did not claim. JDU’s national president had claimed that 18 constituents would come. By insisting But, when June 23 came, their number seems to have decreased.

First look at those who came the day before

From around 11.30 am to 2.30 am, there is a gathering of stalwarts of anti-BJP parties across the country at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s residence. For the first time in the country, such big stalwarts of the parties which were against the ruling party at the Center are gathering. Mehbooba Mufti of the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (JKPDP) came first to attend the meeting on Thursday. After that Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Mamata Banerjee. Then, before dusk came Arvind Kejriwal, Bhagwant Mann, Sanjay Singh and Raghav Chadha of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Lastly, MK Stalin of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK). Mehbooba is the former Chief Minister. Mamta Banerjee, Arvind Kejriwal, Bhagwant Mann and MK Stalin are the current CMs. In all, there were four teams.

coming or likely to come today

The most popular name to reach Patna for the meeting on Friday is that of Congress’ number one leader Rahul Gandhi. Congress Party INC National President Mallikarjun Kharge will accompany him. Apart from them, Uddhav Thackeray of Shiv Sena, Sharad Pawar of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) are coming from Maharashtra. Akhilesh Yadav of Samajwadi Party (SP) is coming from Uttar Pradesh. Farooq Abdullah, who was re-elected President of the National Conference (NC) from Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday, has arrived this morning. The Left parties were to include Sitaram Yechury from the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI), D Raja from the Communist Party of India (CPI) and Dipankar Bhattacharya from the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist). Number of two parties from Bihar will be 15

Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav will be present in the meeting on behalf of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), the ruling party in Bihar and the largest party in the state assembly. RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav can reach suddenly or can talk on video call, such information is coming. Apart from the chief minister, the party’s national president Rajeev Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh will be present in the meeting on behalf of Janata Dal United (JDU), the party headed by Nitish Kumar. Including these two parties, the number reached only 15.

Nitish was also suspicious about these three

JDU National President Lalan Singh may have repeatedly insisted that 18 opposition parties across the country are gathering, but Chief Minister Nitish Kumar never stressed on the number. The reason for this was his inner apprehensions. He had many apprehensions in his mind, but the last three apprehensions seem to be proving correct. Rashtriya Lok Dal President Jayant Chaudhary refused to come by sending a consent letter a day before the date of the meeting. Jayant, grandson of former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh and son of Ajit Chaudhary, cited other preoccupations as the reason for not coming, while the fact is that due to this apprehension, JDU had not put up posters to welcome him. The same fear prevailed for Bharat Rashtra Samithi founder and Telangana Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), hence the welcome posters were not seen since Thursday morning. The name of Shiromani Akali Dal was also there in the number that JDU President was telling. There were reports of Shiromani Akali Dal’s alliance with BJP and sometimes distance, but coming together of opposition parties remained doubtful and the result is also in front.
