It was only 5 decades ago that they had called for a “committed judiciary” – they shamelessly seek commitment from others for their self-interests but do not have any commitment towards the nation. Survive. No wonder 140 crore Indians are rejecting him.”

Lawyers had made serious allegations

Lawyers say that this particular group tries to influence the functioning of the judiciary in many ways, ranging from presenting a false narrative about the so-called golden era of the judiciary to raising questions on the current functioning of the courts and public confidence in the courts. Including reducing.

And this is being done by spreading lies on social media. These efforts are an attempt to influence the courts for personal or political reasons, which cannot be tolerated under any circumstances.

Lawyers appealed to CJI

These lawyers allege that the activities of these special groups become more active during the election season. The same thing was seen during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections also. We request the Supreme Court to take strict and concrete steps to protect our courts from such attacks.

In the letter, the lawyers have called for a united stand in support of the judiciary so as to ensure that the judiciary remains a strong pillar of democracy.
