This time Ram Navami is going to be very special in Ayodhya. That is why lakhs of people will stay in Ayodhya on this occasion. In view of this, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple will remain open 24 hours from 15th April to Ram Navami i.e. 17th April. Be it day or night, be it Aarti or Bhog, devotees of Ram will be able to have darshan of their deity at all times.

If necessary, consideration will be given to opening Shri Ram Temple 24 hours on the next day of Ram Navami i.e. 18th April. At the same time, in view of the large number of devotees on this occasion, senior officials of the government along with the Ayodhya administration are also holding regular meetings and reviewing the preparations.

In fact, after a long wait and struggles, when Ram Lalla has been seated in his grand temple, the faith of Ram devotees is also at its peak. This is the reason that on an average about 2 lakh people are visiting every day. Sometimes this number reaches 4 to 5 lakhs. Now from this it can be estimated that when so many devotees are coming to visit Ayodhya on normal days, then how large number of Ram devotees will come to Ayodhya on Ram Navami.

DGP visited Ayodhya

Therefore, preparations for that have already started. DGP Prashant Kumar and Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra reached Ayodhya to review the plan prepared by the Ayodhya Police Administration and brainstormed on the plans prepared by the local officers regarding the preparations. By inspecting the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex, systematic changes were observed and necessary guidelines were also given.

Shri Ram temple will be open 24 hours for three days

During this review meeting, after talking to the officials of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, it was also agreed that before Ram Navami i.e. from Saptami, Ashtami, Navami, 15th April, Shri Ram Temple will be open for devotees 24 hours. So that maximum number of devotees can have darshan. That means Shri Ram Temple will be open 24 hours for 3 days and if necessary, on 18th April, the next day of Ram Navami, Shri Ram Temple will be opened for devotees 24 hours.

According to Ayodhya DM Nitish Kumar, the meeting was held in the context of Ram Navami. Keeping in view the number of devotees, preparations are being made for what will happen in Hanumangarhi and Ram Janmabhoomi on Ram Navami. We have made elaborate arrangements. It has been reviewed. We have outlined the details of what strategy has been adopted, where there will be traffic diversion etc.

According to DM- The most important thing is that the temple will remain open 24 hours on the day of Ram Navami and more and more devotees will be able to visit. Apart from this, we will cover the barricading that is being installed from Ram Temple to Sugriv Fort before Ram Navami. Will ensure all arrangements.

Estimated arrival of 15 lakh devotees

Till now, about 15 lakh devotees have been estimated to attend the Ram Navami event, but the Ayodhya administration believes that the exact number of devotees will be known only after Ram Navami. For this, not only will Shri Ram Temple be opened for devotees 24 hours but a detailed plan has also been prepared for their arrangements.

DM of Ayodhya said that we are estimating the arrival of 10 to 15 lakh people. But the correct calculation will be known only after Ram Navami. At present, we are trying to ensure that as many devotees as possible can have darshan. For this the temple will remain open 24 hours. The temple will remain open even during Aarti.

Meanwhile, IG Range Ayodhya Praveen Kumar said that there is continuous monitoring at all levels regarding the security of Ram Janmabhoomi. We are reviewing the preparations for the upcoming Ram Navami festival.
