Naiduniya Representative, Mandsaur. There was an uproar in Daluda on Sunday after the incident of molestation and assault on a minor. The crowd surrounded the police station at night. After this, the police arrested five accused, out of which two are said to be minors. Seeing the anger among the people, a joint team of police and administration on Monday razed four houses built by the accused by encroachment. Here Dalauda remained closed the whole day. At the same time, workers and officials of Hindu organizations demonstrated and raised slogans on Monday also.
On Sunday, the police arrested five accused in the case of molestation and assault of a minor. Among them, three are adults and two are minors. Police arrested 19 year old Anoj alias Yash, father of Bablu Amos, resident of Ambika Nagar Dalauda, 22 year old Sohail Shah, son of Salim Shah Fakir, 19 year old Arbaaz, son of Hussain Khan Mewati, both residents of Chuna Bhatta Dalauda and two minors and booked them under sections 376, 363, 366 of IPC. A case has been registered under IPC, 323 and POCSO Act.
The girl was called by blackmailing
According to the information, the five accused had blackmailed the girl and called her to meet him privately in Siddhi Vinayak Colony. Here, when the girl did not listen to the accused and protested, they slapped her first. After this he was beaten with a belt. Seeing the girl being beaten, some Hindu organization workers reached the spot. When he tried to catch the accused, they ran away. Later everyone also raised slogans outside the police station.
Hindu organizations surrounded the police station regarding delay in the case
It is noteworthy that in protest against the incident with the minor, officials and workers of Hindu organizations had surrounded the police station on Sunday night itself and were sitting on dharna outside the police station till night demanding strict action against the accused. The police and administrative officials explained for about half an hour, after which the matter calmed down. Daluda remained closed on Monday on the call of Hindu organizations.
Activists of Hindu organizations kept raising slogans even after reaching the house demolition site. Slogans were raised against the administration for delaying the demolition of the house. Due to lack of proper action at the police station at night, on Monday morning all the businessmen supported the incident by keeping their businesses completely closed. Demanded strict action against the accused.
