Gwalior Loot News: Gwalior.Naiduniya Rep. Robbers are fearless in the city. Apart from robbing people, now they are not shying away from even attacking. The two incidents that took place in the city on Sunday night are a testimony to how the robbers are openly challenging the police by attacking common people and committing robberies. The robbers committed one robbery in 24 hours. After the incident, teams from three police stations to the crime branch remained surrounded, but the police could not achieve anything. Only footage from CCTV cameras could be searched. Continuous incidents of robbery have once again raised questions regarding the security arrangements in the city.

Arjun Kushwaha and his wife Mala alias Maya Kushwaha, living in Jaderua area, were returning home from Hazira. Arjun works as a medicine man. His wife had a purse, which contained Rs 1 lakh, mobile phone and keys. Two robbers riding a bike pounced on the woman to steal her bag. The woman did not leave her grip on the purse and fell from the bike. Then the miscreants dragged him away. The woman’s hand was fractured, her mouth was also injured and the robbers ran away after looting the purse. The couple informed about the robbery of one lakh rupees, but instead of catching the robbers, the police were worried about the amount, so they told the officials about the robbery of the mobile phone in the night, the same happened on the wireless set as well. In the morning we found out that the loot was worth one lakh rupees. Action: The accused were not caught.
Jhansi Road…attempt to rob a bag, when the businessman was overwhelmed, he threw chilli powder
Dal market businessman Harsh Valecha was robbed near Chetakpuri. While robbing his bag full of money, when the businessman overpowered the miscreants, the robbers threw chilli powder in his eyes, after which they looted the scooter and ran away, in this the police suspect that the crime was committed by racketeering. The incident took place in Pash Colony, where the FRV is parked two hundred meters away from where the incident took place. The miscreants had come riding on three bikes, but the robbers could not be caught. Action: The accused were not caught.
Maharajpura..60 year old woman robbed
A 60 year old woman was robbed under Maharajpura police station area. Old lady Uma Devi is a resident of Andori. She had come to Gwalior to attend the wedding ceremony of her relative. She was passing through Shatabdipuram at around 3 pm on Monday. Meanwhile, robbers riding a bike snatched away his chain. Police was informed. CSP Maharajpura Nagendra Singh Sikarwar said that the search for the accused is going on. An FIR has been registered on the complaint of the old lady.
Checking points in the city at night
In view of the continuous incidents of robbery, police officials set up checking points across the city on Monday night. Checked two wheeler and four wheeler vehicles in the city. Checked the trunk of four wheelers.
Teams have been deployed to investigate the incidents of robbery. The accused will be caught soon. Some clues have been found. Checking points have been installed at night, which will be done every night.
