Apart from BJP, Sangharsh Morcha, support is being given by various organizations on the 7th day of farmers’ protest against Kelo project. To give a new direction to the farmer’s movement, a strategy will be prepared by holding a decisive meeting on Friday. At the same time, in addition to padyatra in the affected villages, they will take out bullock carts, tractor rallies and gherao the collector’s office. A decisive decision has been taken in this meeting, which will remain as an effort to wake up the administration.
Kisan Sadak against the administration for digging the canal of Kelo project in Netnagar village of Pusaur block, 15 km from the district headquarters; But they have been agitating since the last 6 days. On the 7th day, Municipal Corporation’s Leader of Opposition Poonam Solanki, Willis Gupta, Surendra Pandey, District Bachao Sangharsh Morcha leader Radheshyam Sharma and senior advocate Vishnusevak Gupta also went to Netnagar and took the side of the farmers, justifying their demand. On the other hand, on the 6th day, Yash Pratap Singh, son of Rajya Sabha member Ranvijay Pratap Singh, reached the main square of Netnagar in the afternoon as soon as he got the news of the farmer’s movement, and the farmer leaders sitting at the movement site warmly welcomed him with garlands. Due to the support received from different sections of the people in the peaceful movement throughout the day, the morale of the farmers has also increased. Here on Friday evening, the farmers organized a decisive meeting to give new direction and energy to the movement against canal digging. Those intellectuals were also invited along with political, social, religious organizations in the important meeting, they also agreed and assured help and cooperation at every level. The most important thing in the same meeting was that on March 20, the farmers will agitate in a traditional way with bullock carts and tractors. And after coming to the district headquarters, they will also lay siege to the collectorate.
Farmers from all tehsils and villages affected by coal mining and industry will also participate in this movement in the likely meeting of 5,000 farmers. Farmer leaders and office bearers of various organizations have given information about this in the meeting. In such a situation, as soon as the villagers of Net Nagar get the support of various organizations of the district, their movement is also getting self-strength.
Kisan Water Rights Movement is going on continuously for the last 7 days in Netnagar today, to give new direction and energy to it, a big meeting was held today, in which on coming March 20, a padyatra will be taken out by the affected farmers of the area, in which a memorandum was given to the District Collector. Will go Pad Yatra will go from Netnagar to Collectorate Raigarh in which bullock cart, tractor and on foot
5000 farmers will reach the collectorate.
