KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- Dawid Malan scored his maiden ODI hundred against Netherlands
- Malan scored 125 off 109 balls as he was one of the three centurions on the day for England
- Malan became only the second England batsman to score a century in all three formats
Malan, who didn’t have a great outing when the last time he played an ODI having gotten out for a duck in July last year, made amends in the best possible way scoring his maiden hundred in the 50-over format. Malan, as usual, was a little watchful at the start, however, it got better and better as the innings progressed for the left-hander as he brought up his ton in just 91 balls.

By the virtue of this knock, Dawid Malan became only the second men’s England player (after Jos Buttler) and third overall (after England women’s captain Heather Knight) to score a century in all three formats. Malan now has a century each in all three formats as he became the 19th men’s player to achieve the huge record.
Malan ended up scoring 125 off 109 before Buttler and Livingstone took over as they combined to score 92 runs in just 32 deliveries in a run-fest. Moeen Ali was the pick of the bowlers with three-for as England won the match for 232 runs.
