Types of land records
There are three types of land records.
- Village form 7 or VF7 is also called 7/12(Satbara Utara). The survey number is obtained through VF7.
- VF 8A. Village form 8A will help in obtaining khata details.
- VF 6 or Village form 6 will record the daily changes maintained by the Talati.
- The mutation is issued under 135 D to the citizen.

- On the home page, there are three options. Click on “View land records-Rural”.
- Next, you will be redirected to a new page. There is an option “select anyone” that includes-

- Login to AnyROR official website.
- On the home page, there are three options. Click on “View land records-Urban”.
- The next page will be redirected.
- On the page there are various options under “select any one”

- Entry list by month-year (details of notes by year and month)
- Know survey number details by UPIN
- Next is to select the district, city Survey office, Ward, Survey number and sheet number

- In order to get the property details, first, visit the portal of AnyROR .
- On the home page, click on “property search” option.
- A new page will be redirected, there will be several options. Select the option that you require- Property Wise

- After selecting the desired option, now select the District, Sub-Registrar office, Index-2 Village, Property/land type, Search type, Survey Zone, Applicant name, mobile number, and Email ID.
- A verification code will be sent to the Valid Mobile number entered.
- After entering the mobile number, click on CERSAI search to get all the necessary documents.

Procedure to submit online applications on AnyROR Gujarat
On the AnyROR website, citizens can submit applications related to premium payment, permissions, and other services. Following steps should be followed to submit the application online-
- First, visit the official website of AnyROR.
- Click on the top menu that shows “online application”
- The next step is to make the application. After clicking on the first option, select the purpose of application. Several options will appear on the screen, like Get permission to pay premium, obtaining non-agricultural permission, obtaining a certificate of honest industrial purpose, obtaining a certificate of farmer authenticity, city survey office-related application, and more.
- After selecting the purpose of the application, now select the type of application, district name, taluka, village, and enter the mobile number and email id.
- The One-time Pin(OTP), will be sent on the registered mobile number.
- Now credentials will be verified and the application is submitted.
