Paper 1 – Mathematics 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM, Paper 2 – Physics & Chemistry 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM. Aspirants appearing in both Paper 1 and Paper are eligible for both General Merit Rank and Pharmacy Merit Rank (GMR, PMR respectively). So those applicants are considered for admission in all courses. Candidates appearing only in Paper 2 are eligible for PMR and considered for admission into pharmacy courses only.

As we know WBJEE 2022 is an OMR-based paper and all questions will be of MCQ (multiple choice question) with 4 options against every question. And candidates need to mark only the correct answers. Mathematics – total 75 questions, maximum marks 100. Physics – 40 questions and max marks 50, Chemistry – a total of 40 questions and max marks – of 50.
Questions are to be answered on the OMR sheet provided by the authority in the examination hall. Negative marking is also applicable and details are given below category-wise. For the 1st Category – Only one option is correct, the correct answer will yield 1 mark for each question, Wrong response will yield -0.25 marks for each question.
For the 2nd category – Only one option is correct and the right answer yields 2 marks per question and the wrong answer yields -0.5 mark marks per question.
For the 3rd Category – Only one option is correct and the correct answer yields 2 marks and no negative marking.

WBJEE Paper 2 Answer Key 2022
