Collector Kumar Purushottam said that such complaints are being received that the plot has been occupied by the goon elements or the house is not being allowed to be built by extortion. In urban areas, people buy plots with their lifetime earnings and if the plot is occupied by anti-social elements or goons, they should not be allowed to build houses, it will not be tolerated. Now their extortion will not work. Victims should bring their application in the public hearing held every Tuesday. Will be resolved within stipulated time frame. Unless the case is pending in court.
