Let us inform that from June 1, the day curfew has been lifted in those districts of the state where the number of active cases of corona is less than 600. Apart from this, night curfew will continue from 7 pm to 7 am in all other districts. Under this rule, now 64 districts of the state have been exempted from the day curfew.
In the instructions by Chief Secretary RK Tiwari, it has been said that no relaxation is being given in districts having more than 600 active cases. If the active cases in a district falls below 600, then the exemption will come into force automatically. Similarly, in the districts where exemption has been given, as soon as the cases exceed 600, the exemption will automatically end and all activities will be stopped again. Now no relaxation has been given in the state in Meerut, Lucknow, Saharanpur, Varanasi, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Muzaffarnagar, Bareilly, Gautam Budh Nagar, Bulandshahr, Jhansi.
Schools, colleges, coaching institutes, cinema halls, gyms, swimming pools, clubs and shopping malls will remain completely closed in the districts which have been given exemption. Online studies in educational institutions and coaching institutes will be allowed as per departmental orders.
