According to a senior Election Commission official, all preparations for the counting of votes have been completed by the Commission. For this, 45 counting parties will be deployed at the centers. He said that tight security arrangements have been made at the centers. All the centers are equipped with CCTV cameras. At the same time, party candidates and their members who reached the counting center will also not be allowed to carry mobiles.
The official said that due to the low polling stations in Kalyanpuri and Chauhan Bangar ward of East Delhi, it is expected that their trends will start showing only after 10 am. The rest of the picture will also be completely cleared by noon.
Let us tell you that by-elections were held on February 28 in 44 centers in five wards seats. Out of total 24,24,14 voters in all wards, 12,32,99 voters took part in the festival of democracy.
