Night curfew in Pune, Maharashtra has been extended till 14 March in view of rising cases of corona virus. Also, schools, colleges, private coaching institutes have been closed till 14 March.

After the surge in corona cases, the night curfew and other restrictions were imposed in Pune on February 21 to February 28, which has now been extended to March 14. Pune Mayor Muralidhar Mohol has given this information on Sunday. He said that only vehicles with essential services will be allowed to go from 11 am to 6 am at night. The restaurants in the city are also being closed at 11 am, earlier the restaurants could be opened till 1 pm. In addition, fines will be imposed for more than 50 people arriving at weddings.

Tuition also closed in Aurangabad
Apart from Pune, the corporation has also discontinued tuition classes of classes 5 to 9 and 11th in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. These restrictions will remain in force till 15 March.
