CM Nitish Kumar is already facing a lot of questions in the opposition as well as in his own party on the issue of changing the MLAs. At the same time, now after the statement of Sanjay Paswan, there is a possibility of more pressure on Nitish. Significantly, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish has charge of Home, General Administration, Vigilance and General Administration Departments.
BJP leader Sanjay Paswan said on Saturday, ‘Nitish Kumar is burdened with a lot of work. They should give the home department to someone else. I am not saying that they should hand over the ministry to the BJP. Let some other JDU leaders take over. ‘

At the same time, when Paswan was asked whether he was seeking such a law and order issue in the state, he said, “Yes, law and order deterioration should be addressed more effectively.” In the last two weeks, more than two dozen people have been murdered in Bihar.
Reacting to the six JDU MLAs leaving the party and joining the BJP, Paswan said, “We have nothing to say on this”. On the other hand, JDU leaders avoided commenting on Paswan’s statement.
