The Global Times wrote in its editorial that for the first time since 2000, the India-Russia summit has been postponed, indicating that the relationship between the two countries has come to a halt. The Global Times says that so far Russia has accounted for more than half of India’s arms imports, but now under American pressure, India has started taking arms from the US as well.
