According to the updated data released by the Union Health Ministry at eight in the morning, 19,556 new cases of Kovid-19 have increased to 1,00,75,116 cases in the country. At the same time, after the death of 301 more people, the death toll increased to 1,46,111.

Recovery rate increased to 96.65 percent
According to the data, with the total 96,36,487 people being infection free, the recovery rate of patients in the country has increased to 95.65 percent. The death rate from Kovid-19 is 1.45 percent. The number of under-served people in the country has also fallen below three lakh. Currently 2,92,518 people are undergoing treatment for corona virus infection, which is 2.90 percent of the total cases.

At the same time, the total cases had crossed 50 lakh on 16 September, 60 lakh on 28 September, 70 lakh on 11 October, 80 lakh on 29 October and 90 lakh on 20 November and one crore on 19 December.
