Prime Minister Narendra Modi lit the ‘Golden Victory Torch’ from the Amar Jyoti of the National War Memorial in the capital Delhi on the occasion of 50 years of the 1971 India-Pakistan war. Apart from PM Modi, there are Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Chief of Defense Staff Bipin Rawat, and the heads of the three armies.
