Corona services will continue, OPD will remain closed
The Indian Medical Association (IMA) said on Monday that there will be demonstrations tomorrow from 11 am to 6 pm on 11 December. Non-compulsory and non-Kovid-19 services will be disrupted during this period. The IMA reported that all emergency services will continue. OPD services will not be available and pre-determined operations will also not be performed. The IMA states that the One System Policy will completely eliminate the modern medical system.
In this regard, the National President of the IMA, Dr. Rajan Sharma, said that the National Education Policy 2020 has come out as a big proof of the four committees of NITI Aayog for advocating medical pluralism and mixing of all medical systems. One system policy will completely eliminate the modern medical system. The IMA states that there will be protests by Aruveda physicians against allowing the legal practice of surgery.
