Corona continues to wreak havoc in the country. Meanwhile, a mysterious disease in Andhra Pradesh has created a sensation. On Sunday, a mysterious disease spreading in Eluru in Andhra Pradesh killed one person and nearly 292 people fell ill.

People living in different parts of Eluru town have been admitted to the hospital after symptoms of epilepsy or fainting. Medical and health officials in West Godavari district said that more than 140 patients had gone home from hospitals after treatment. At the same time, the condition of other people is stable, till now it is not known why the disease has spread, in which people are faint after sudden dizziness.

A 45-year-old man died in a government hospital in Vijayawada, who was admitted Sunday morning after symptoms of dizziness and seizures. Most people recovered within a few minutes, but at least seven people were admitted to the government hospital on Sunday for better treatment.

Special team of doctors sent
Superintendent of Eluru Government Hospital, Dr. Mohan said that special teams of doctors have reached Eluru for the treatment of patients and are being searched from door to door. State Health Commissioner Katmaneni Bhaskar also reached Eluru to take stock of the situation.

Chief Minister will go on tour
Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will also visit Elluru on Monday. Deputy Chief Minister and Health Minister A.K. Krishna Srinivas told that the situation is under control and medical aid is being provided to all.

The cause of the disease could not be known.
The minister said that the water sample was sent for examination and there is no report of it being polluted. Blood samples have also been sent and no viral infection has been detected. The corona investigation of all the victims has also come negative. Sick people suddenly fainted and the body began to tremble with foam coming out of their mouths. The victims are neither relatives nor did they participate in any one program. Doctors are trying to find out the cause of the disease.
