A three-judge bench headed by Judge Ashok Bhushan has reprimanded the Gujarat and Delhi governments for worsening the situation of Kovid-19. The Supreme Court has asked the state governments to file a report, giving information about the steps taken by the government to prevent infection.

Apart from this, the report also details the help taken from the central government to deal with the disease. The Supreme Court has reprimanded the state government for marriages, ceremonies and gathering of people despite the rise in Corona cases in Gujarat. The court said that Gujarat is the worst state after Delhi and Maharashtra.
The bench will next hear the matter on Friday. The bench comprising Ashok Bhushan said that the situation is likely to be serious in the coming months. The court said that it is our opinion that all the states should be prepared for the disease in the coming days. The court said that all the states should file an affidavit of their position before the next hearing.
